Takin' Care of Business

Group Reformer

Offered before and after the 9-5 grind.  Build strength and increase flexibility and endurance with this full body equipment based workout. Class size limit 5.

Monday: 6:30 AM, 8 AM, 10 AM, Noon & 5:30 PM

 

Tuesday: 6, 8 & 11 AM; 5:30 & 6:30PM

 

Wednesday: 6:30, 8, 10 & 11 AM: 5:30 PM

 

Thursday: 8 & 10 AM; 5:30 & 6:30 PM

 

Friday: 6, 8 &11 AM

 

Saturday: 9:30 & 10:30

Lunch Hour Power

Group Mat

40 min mat, barre and small prop class designed to boost your heart rate, relieve tension giving you energy and focus for the rest of your day. Class size limit 5

Wednesday: Noon & 6:30

 

Friday: Noon

Private Classes

Private equipment based sessions are available and are ideal for those with specific needs or concerns. Scheduled at the convenience of client and availability.

Modest Mondays & Womanly Wednesdays

Group Reformer

Ladies only equipment based class offered twice on Mondays and Wednesdays.  Schedule will be buffered to allow for privacy. Class size limit 5.
